Can sombody please read this for me

No one should be installing offset bushes ever now. They should be made obsolete as these are far better. Superior have just released a better product than offset bushes to fix the camber issue. It requires a small amount of welding and slotting of holes however. I like this solution the best...

Help Please my Navara is Burning oil.

Oil consumption at part throttle is valve stem seals. It wont be scraper rings. These are classic symptons of oil being pulled into inlet around valve stems when there is high inlet manifold vaccumn (petrol engine). Seals are cheap, its just labour. -

Harrop E-locker front locker install on V6 STX

Looking at ARB and HARROP datasheets it appears the axles are the same dia and spline count on Thai and Spanish models. You may be able to fit the Spartan in the LSD carrier. Someone would have to compare an open carrier to an LSD, for dimensions. -

Harrop E-locker front locker install on V6 STX

Unfortunately that's not true for the Spartan or Lokka brand. The carrier casting is different and doesn't have big openings to fit the new ratchet side gears. -

Harrop E-locker front locker install on V6 STX

The Spartan in the rear does cause the occasional tire squeal and noises as it clunks away. It would bother some people but I don't care too much, given the improvement off-road. If you drive sedately and coast around tight corners you would forget that you have one. My wife drives mine and it...

    The ranga

It wasn't the tie rod. Driveshaft and no further drive to that wheel (or either with a open diff) Steering still worked fine afterwards. .

Where to get V9X Engine manual

I found the V9X engine technical Notes (rebuild) here. It's 124 pages but is not the full service manual. Located here: ftp://host217-41-52-224.in-addr.btopenworld.com/array1/share/Renault/Disc%202/dialogys/data/mrnt/en/nt/big/NT6000/6035A.pdf _

7 speed torque converter lock up.

Tony, I found the workshop manual for the 7 speed trans on the web, and now have enough info to wire a torque converter lockup switch in. The only problem is the trans TCM (transmission control module) is inside the trans. The sump therefore has to be removed to get access to the torque...

Harrop E-locker front locker install on V6 STX

I finally got around to fit the Spartan locker in the rear. Bought from the U.S part no. SL NTITAN-32. Really happy with the truck now. Climbs hills with ease, now it's dual locked. Not bad for $390 as that's the reason I got it. It should fit any Spanish built Nav D40 with a 10 bolt carrier...
