I think what we need is for at least one of the technologies to be trialed on a large scale in a small city, however this is the problem with saving the environment, people just think of the cost not potential benefits later on down the track.

you said hydrogen powered cars/buses so yes you were generalising all vehicles powered by hydrogen, thats just how I read it so no need to get narky. Its just IMO not a great idea to run a car off a fuel cell and batteries, those batteries are still highly toxic to manufacture and dispose of...

Just thought I might add a hydrogen fuel cell is not the same as hydrogen internal combustion. Fuel cells combine hydrogen and oxygen to create H20 using an anode, cathode and electrolyte which an electrical current is produced from (albeit a small one). Hydrogen gas combustion is just that...

ah I see.. they are a 29" im pretty sure so legally you can go a 31" (or equivalent metric size if you go back to a 16" wheel 265/70r16, 245/75r16, 265/65r17) that is provided your state is using the NCOP.

tell him D22's run 265/70 as standard size, I think a 245/70 would be around a 30.5" so would look really small and stupid, if you already have 15's just go to a tyre shop that actually wants to sell tyres.

D22 is never going to get an update lets face it why would they when they sell so well and almost directly compete with great wall.

yea you have to grind the caliper or something from memory, few people have them but tbh its not worth the **** around. just get 265/70r16 which is basically the same as a 31"

ADR's state +/- 10% allowable margin for error, cops say +3km I believe no way I'd pay it it if I was within that 10%... the cops seem to think they are above ADR's which is the problem I have with speed cameras. Also do they save lives? no they don't, people just slow down then speed up...

like 3-4k less, its not by much for an STR cause its pretty rare to get a single cab one.

people pay thousands for chips cause they are just typical consumers and therefore a market exists here for overpriced power up chips plain and simple. why buy a diesel and expect race car performance? makes no sense to me... :tazzy:
