Hi Robert (chip it) No I haven't tried any other tunes and have just been running the more docile 'custom' tune I had done. Based on your experience and my mods (chip, delete pipe, egr block off, fuel rail nut thingy....) which tune should I use for optimum fuel economy? Thanks in advance Dave

Update on my chip etc - last tank (mix of city/freeway) got 12.0L/100km. Previously wouldve been 13.5 given i've got bigger tyres, roof rack, plus the usual bull bar & lift

I got a chip it fitted a couple of weeks ago, along with egr blockoff, DPF delete pipe, and something to do with the fuel rail(?). Got it dyno'd and had 2 custom tunes done - one for mix of power & economy, the other for outright power. Initially 82rwkw (343nm). Custom tune 1 about 103rwkw...

Yeah fair call Krafty, will research and see what's going to suit me best. I just fail to understand how the manuals and autos are so different. For what it's worth my old man had a manual navara which I used on numerous occasions and fuel consumption was around the 9-10 mark.....big difference
