Dear OutBush
Most exhaust shops use 2.5" systems as it's an easier fit for them. We've proven with back to back testing that a 3" system produces more power. If you're interested we can send you dyno graphs of a Hilux with a 2.5" system and then a 3" system. Most factory systems are 2-2.25"...

Matt,
be carefull when comparing Nm torque figures from a Dyno. Nm is traditionally a measurement relative to the flywheel. a vast number of factors can drastically change this figure on a dyno as it work in "tractive effort" a different way of measure torque.
Hey Guys , sorry for the late replys but we have been busy with orders and the Brisbane 4x4 show coming up this Month.
All our dyno numbers are "real life" and represent the power at the rear wheels. This is the truest way of measure the improvement.
The Front mount intercooler is a MTQ system...
THANKS DJ,
We have a kit available for the D22 2.5 that has been fitted, test driven and proven right here in Brisbane.
This system is without the DPF as per you comments. Tell me what you think.
Have you got a high flow exhuast on the Navara?
As a rule you are correct, but I have seen a DPF on the D22, D40 and even one on a manual believe it or not :) the manual was removed without incident and I think was just a one off becuase nissane ran out of stock
