    P0089 code

That's the fault code for Fuel pump so chances are the SCV is stuffed but it could be the whole pump. Something else to consider could be if you managed to blow a injector tube that it over pressurised and damaged either the fuel pressure sensor on the rail or the relief valve at the other end...

    2008 D40 questions...And Issues - SOLVED

Ok that codes is for the crankshaft position sensor. The crankshaft position (CKP) sensor is located on the cylinder block rear housing facing the gear teeth (cogs) of the signal plate at the end of the crankshaft. It detects the fluctuation of the engine revolution. The sensor consists of a...

    Bad smell from aircon

I second that it could be a leak or it could also be bacteria growing in the system. You can get anti-bacteria sprays for them if that's the cause.

    Consult 3 for Injector Registration

The codes on the injectors relate to manufacturing tolerance's for how much fuel they disperse. Every injector fires slightly differing amounts so are tested and coded when they are produced. Hence the injector adjustment value. I picking that the fact you have a after market chip hard wired...

    Good car gone bad !!

Yeah the three hoses are oil feed in, oil drain and then the air vacuum line.

    Good car gone bad !!

Has it broken off at the vacuum pump or on one of the other joins? If it's come off at the pump then hopefully you should be able to just replace hose end. I can't be arsed walking outside to check but looking at the workshop manual it's a banjo style hose end so you should be able to get hold...

    Good car gone bad !!

If it happened straight after a service I'd be looking at the vacuum line that comes out of the pump. It's located down beside the oil filter and can easily be knocked and damaged if the mechanic slipped off the filter or something. Follow the line from the boost solenoid across the back of...

    Turbo timer wiring d40

As I said above if you cut that wire and put a normally closed relay into it which is switched by the activation of the turbo timer thus cutting the ignition feed to the BCM (if that is what is causing the problem as stated by Gunning1987) in theory the central locking should work.

    Turbo timer wiring d40

The BCM is in the drivers footwell kind of above the foot rest alongside where the heater bits are. It has three plugs on it. 1 - 40 pin plug, 1 - 12 pin plug and 1 - 8 pin plug. The plug you want is the black 40 pin one and the wire no:3 which is yellow. The numbers run from left to right...

    2008 D40 auto problem

Well I'm sorry but I don't know about the 22 flashes as my manual says there should only be 17 excluding the first long one. If the flashes after the first one are all the same then it's not picking up any faults.
