Hey guys,
Does anyone know of any places that swap tyres in Brisbane? I've heard a couple people talk about it, but I cant find anywhere. I'm looking to swap my Bighorns 265/75/16 to some all terrains. The BH's came with the Nav and I don't really use them for what they are. Plus, they are a...
How do they feel when driving? I have EFS elite on front and unsure whats on back and the ride is ridiculously stiff. Im looking for a smoother ride as i drive the Nav a fair bit.. Any tips would be awesome!
What a weekend! I ended up going with 22psi and had no problems at all.. A couple of real soft spots, Indian Head and up to Orchid Beach in particular, but the Nav handled it with ease.
7 hours from Eli creek to Brisbane killed me! I slightly mis judged high tide, but that didn't cost much...
Ive got Bighorns. I might start a bit higher. I normally run at about the 22-20 mark, and last time i didnt deflate at all down at Ballina as we were only driving on the beach for a few hours. Didnt have a problem there.
Starting higher is obviously better than going to low I suppose!
Evening gents. I'm heading up tomorrow morning taking advantage of the ANZAC pub hol. First time taking the Nav up there. Getting pumped! Been a couple of years since we have been up, probably staying around where you stayed Silver. Might try and get some pics aswell.
Ok, so, after having some time and looking into it properly, I found it.. The fuse holder directly behind the uhf had broken so the fuse has fallen out. Not sure where, but the problem has been found.
Cheers for the help lads! Off to Supercheap I go!
I had a look on the wiring, and on the active and neutrals, there were what i thought fuses on them also. Maybe a foot or so before the battery. I could separate them. But they didnt seem like a fuse.. (?)
I'll have another look tomorrow arvo.
Cheers
So it seems my UHF has sh!t itself. I left it on overnight and forgot all about it until i went to use it next and realised it wasn't working. There is absolutly no power. I'm not too technically minded, which makes it harder for me to find the fault. I had a quick look at the wiring but not too...
Thanks gents. Absolutely loving the navara life..
Tell me some of things I should do too it. It's got a snorkel, side and rear steps, bighorns, its been lifted, has a UHF, but no spotties! (But I think I'm getting them from the fatman)
Ideas?
First time fourbie owner here with an '06, D22. Very stoked with it and it came with and cannot wait to put it all too good use.
I'm here to learn a lot from the wealth of knowledge within here, and am open to all advice given.
I can tend to ask stupid questions too, so bear with me!

How many k's are taken off them for running them everyday? They are noisy, but i like that noise.. Laziness is also a big factor, and also I bought it with them on, so that means i need to purchase new rims and tyres.
Hello all. First time poster. I'm in Paddington and very keen to get out and drive more. Is this a regular thing? Can it be made into a regular thing?
I haven't had the pleasure of owning a 4wd before, and I noticed that a few of you guys were changing from your regular tyres to muddys. My Nav...
