I got the medium load springs, as more often than not I’ll have nothing in the back

My suspension kit is finally on its way, so should be here in a week or so. I just measured mine front bottom of rim to fender 680mm, so it’s going to look awesome when fitted.

No worries mate will do. There is a post currently running on Facebook a bloke is asking if anyone has modified the air box, it went on this morning and to date no responses. I’ll pull the inner guard off this weekend and have a good look around.

Thanks mate I’ve owned a few 4wd’s over the years and never paid anywhere near what they’re asking for the dual battery ones. I’m seriously thinking about buying one of the $80 ones and making up a pipe to get it to fit.

Hi all Does anyone know of aftermarket snorkels for the dual battery models, they’re all around $450 plus, yet you can get cheaper ones for the single battery model, from $75 to $250. Thanks Ivan

I purchased the medium kit for mine today, they’ve gone up a bit since the start of this thread, but still a good price. My springs are completely flat and the front shockies feel like they’re non existent so looking forward to a new ride:shotgun:

I actually tried this today and got it first time, mines blowing a bit of black smoke under acceleration, so we’ll see what happens

Thanks mate, yeah I just did a search, a timing chain, that’s gotta be a bonus, so basically just all the oils, so I’ll just do all again plus the diffs and then 5000 from then on.

Today I changed the oil and filters, the old oil was very thick, the car has been sitting for a while as the sticker on the windscreen said next service in 2016. Runs heaps better now with some fresh oil, also fixed up a couple of broken tonneau hooks and then put a round 7pin plug on. A good...
