Ok cheers guys, I didnt actually know that extended shackles were illegal. I might go for putting higher springs in the back then wounding up the front or just get a full proper lift kit.

Hey guys, Ive got a 1997 D22 navara single cab. Im thinking about lifting it 2". Ive heard of people just buying 2" extended shackles for the rear and then just winding up the torsion bars about 2" so it levels out, and obviously a wheel allignment after. Just wonder, will i need to buy new...

Had a the same problem with my qd32. Pulled out the banjo filter cleaned it out and put it back in and it runs like a dream now, no hesitations just flat cruising engine. Mine only has 122000kms on the clock but the banjo filter was still pretty dirty. The banjo filter sits inside the injector...

How did you go mate? Mine is doing the same and im thinking about getting that banjo filter out and cleaning it as well.

So electrical contact cleaner on the shaft you think?

Yeah seemed to move freely. Im kinda thinking that the spring might be buggered or out of position because when you turn the needle clockwise and let go it spins back around but stops at 30km/h. Then if you turn the ignition on it comes back to 0. What you think?
