    Yep same as mine, and same as above fix, underneath on ya back and spray heaps on the clutch cylinder shaft, preferable while someone pumps the clutch for you, I used wd 40 and it worked fine.

    Yeah that doesn't sound right, can clearly hear the ticking you mentioned. Not sure what it could be tho, does it have any unusual vibrations or feeling of where the noise is coming from?

    Very nice restoration, looks fantastic and hope you get amongst it on your trip. Got a couple of Alveys but never use them, they were my fathers who gave them to me and remember him using them when I was a kid, maybe one day I might get one out and try it.

Tried the stall theory to check for leaks and sure enough had one at the airbox, pulled the airbox of only to discover the seal for it was only half there and foam also, so sikaflexed a new seal...

    Thanks for those welcomes. Started my snorkel install today but didn quite get it finished, misses was you better have a shower before dinner but all good. I know if Iwas to do another Navara snorkel install I would do a few things different, just those little things you learn along the way...
