    Custom Canvas Canopy - Help

Dust and security is a good point though. a full chequer plate covered structure of the same dimensions would be good, but i'd have to put a sliding window in the side or something. also you wouldn't be able to have such easy acces to the stuff in the tub as you would with the canvas option. Why...

    Custom Canvas Canopy - Help

Thanks for your help everyone, especially Gonzo - very helpful! :) I'll keep you updated on my progress in this thread. I think I will get a simple box frame constructed from either steel (powder coated) or aluminium, whichever is cheaper, and have the top as a chequer plate platform, with...

    Sunraysia rims

Hi RustyNav. Got em for $110 each plus $25 per wheel for swaping tire and balancing. From Tires and More in Robina, they ordered them from King Wheels in Brisy. Zordo mentioned you when he did my EFS lift kit at his place come to think of it. Good luck with the wheels - I'm already itching...

    Sunraysia rims

Hi Guys, I just had a set of 16x8 +20offset King wheels fitted with my OE bridgestone dueler a/t 265x70 tyres (may as well get some use out of them before the muddies go on) They out about an extra 25mm - perfectly flush with the wheel arches, so still totally road legal. With 32inch muddies on...

    15inch steelies.

cool.... just remember that the tire will stick out further than the rim, my guess is that with -6 offset, (i think that is Patrol offset, 0 offset is apparently Landcruiser, and +10 is Hilux - all for 15" wheels) when you put tires on they will stick out HEAPS... When i tried the 0 offset...

    15" rims on D22 STR

what rubber did you go with on those mate? I just tried on a 15x7 with +10 offset and it was fine - close but fine... also tried 15x7 0 offset also fine. I think i will go with 15x8 +10 offset, with BFG KM2s 32x15.5R15... only problem is there are apparently no more of those tire in that size...

    15inch steelies.

I just trail fitted a 15x7 rim with +10 offset made by infinity wheels, and it fit no problem. I also tried a 15x7 with 0 offset whis was obviously also fine, but stuck out a little bit too far - with a tire on it would have stuck out heaps, so i think i will go with the +10 offset but 8" wide....

    15" rims on D22 STR

anyone managed to get 15" rims to fit a 2010 model with ABS? apparent ABS poses even more of a problem... I have arranged a tire and wheel place to do a trial fit for me on thursday with a few different wheel size and tire combos so we shall see...
