Not sure if this is related but I have found that if you push the lock button on the key fob while a or any door is open then once all the doors are shut the car is locked......moral of the story....make sure you still got the key on you to get back in.

Just finished installing a Icom 440. Now I just need to work out all its features. Nice install as there is no visible signs of the head unit as it is mounted under the drivers seat. I am very happy with how it all went together.

Not to sure on the idea of having your tools lying on top of the box. I once worked with someone who had the scars to prove it. His tool bag was in the back of his wagon and he had an accident and all those tools were then missiles flying thru the car. He was lucky to have survived the injuries...
