stuttering 1st gear ?

Hi Guy's

went sand dune driving had a blast at Lanceline WA after the day i was going home when i go into 1st gear starting to drive the car stutters jumps like you are ready to stall it when in second to 6th it's ok. checked out filter in the snorkel just a little sand not a lot, the slower i drive starting off the more it stutters, can this be the clutch as i know they have problems with clutches ?

Probably your clutch.

Nath heated his up at stocton but didnt kill the clutch.
