Nissan app problems

Hello people
Just got a 17 plate navara tekna and having trouble connecting it to the Nissan app, doesn’t recognise my vin number
Any advice please

I haven't played with any software that requires my VIN to work. Hopefully someone else will know ... or to word it another way, BUMP!

It would be helpful if you were more specific as to what the software is.

I use the Autel Maxiap AP200 on my Nissan Navara and DAS/Xentry STAR diagnosis on my Mercedes car and Vito van so I have experience with dealer level diagnostic software ... however "Nissan app" could refer to any number of programs.

If you're referring to Nissan Consult software someone here might be able to help.

Ok I’ve spoken to Nissan and they have discontinued the software to the Navara from 2020. So all that is available now is just Bluetooth phone connection with no Nav interface.
Pretty crap really from Nissan considering my truck is only 4 1/2 years old.
Not impressed Nissan
