Where to run the return for the catch can ?
What is a safe boost level to run on a d22 zd30 2005?

The return CAN be run back to the oil sump. I just have a drain tube with hose fastened under the car.

What Cobez means is that it's possible to connect the catch can's contents to the sump via a one-way valve so that the catch can automatically empties when the pressure inside the sump falls below the pressure in the catch can.

The "cleaned" gas that you should normally feed back to the air intake just in front of the turbo either goes to that point (makes it legal) or can be vented directly to atmosphere (not legal).

If you are going to vent it, you MUST vent it behind the cabin, because the gas that comes out is exhaust fumes - and definitely poisonous in concentration or extended exposure. If you vent it in front of the cabin, it's possible for the exhaust fumes to enter the cabin making everyone inside sick.

The chances of being caught are small, and are reduced if you don't hoon about the place and draw attention to yourself!

Tony explained it better haha. For the courtesy and safety of other road users, you'd be better off hooking it straight to your oil sump, or fitting a hose with a two way tap on the end to drain it when needed so you can dispose of the oil properley and not have it all over the roads and risk BIG fines IF caught.

That way everyone wins.

The manual doesn't show an earth that I've found in a brief search.

Do you need an earth for something else? Just take it off a mounting point for the dash (where the dash structure mounts to the vehicle body).

Thanks bud also do u no the size of the studs on the inlet size of the turbo have to get a tap for one
