Malaysian D40 build country

Hi all,

I’m in Australia with a Spain built 2007 D40 and have been trying to find out without any luck where the Updated Malaysian D40 4WD LE and SE (see photo attached) were built to see whether some parts, specifically bumper and grill, may be compatible.

Anybody have an idea where they were made?

Considering Nissan build Navara's next door in Thailand it's a reasonable assumption Malaysia's D40's come from there.

When you view the listings they look like Thai built ... radio aerial on LH fender in front of the windscreen and side indicators in the fender for starters.

Thought it was long shot with them being neighbours but relatively new to the Navara world and had read on other sites that the STX we get here was only built in Spain and was hopeful that was actually true and these were something similar going on.
