G'day! Any tips/advice for a new owner of an old D21?

Hi all,
I'm a lifelong Datsun/Nissan Deviant and just bought an 87 D21 King Cab 4x2 traytop petrol (Z24) to use as a weekend mule. She's as stock standard as can be and that's the way she'll stay, as the only $ I'm prepared to spend at the moment is for maintenance.
She's a runner, not bad either for the age, but I'm wondering if there's any nasties I should be on the lookout for. Any tips and advice would be awesome.

Check out the D21 section there is a growing number of D21 owners doing mods and any issue or nasties have probably been spoken about in those threads more than once.
