Noticed the 40 is flat spotting or not having an instantaneous response to throttle movement.

It not very often, but it's noticeable to me, mainly because I drive it so often.

It's occurs mostly during gentle slight throttle movement.

From what I know, it could be fuel, injectors, maybe air filter. These things have so many sensors, anyone like to suggest which sensor or other thing I could look at???

Thanks for any help.

I'd check the vacuum hoses on the turbocharger. If you can easily turn the hose on the barb, it's hardened on the inside and will allow air to leak in, affecting the turbocharger's response.
