D40 2011/2012 Service Manual

Hi Everybody.. bout 6 months ago I purchased a D40 series 2.5 turbo diesel with a 6 speed manual box. 140kw. Found it to be a really great ride . Can anybodybody help with a service manual to suit ?

There's no actually Haynes manual for it. There's only the Nissan internal one which they SAY is about $1100 until you actually pony the cash for it, and then they refuse to sell it.

The link above should give you a manual which is a reasonable guide, has a LOT of info, but do NOT follow it blindly. A leaking seal on a fuel filter, for example, will lead you to replacing the entire fuel rail, injectors and filter. The manual really does need a degree of "seen it before" applied to it before it shines.

Old Tony, I agree. I'm not especially mechanically minded so I use the manual to tell me where things are and the usually talk to mates (or the forum of course) to diagnose the problems.
