All guages shut down no power

Hi guys ! have a 1998 dx 2.4 , Coming home from fishing trip . All gauges stopped working . Brake warning light and alt light came on .Checked alt and is working fine on the bench. Checked all fuses all fine. Any ideas

Looks like you should have stayed hahaha. I'd have a look at the earths for the cluster. Failing that, possibly a bit dodgy ignition switch..?

Definitely need to check the earths out, but also pay attention to the earthing in the engine bay. The most important one is the cable to the side of the motor.
