Sounds like time for another car with that and timing chain dramas.

Probally been answered before can I put freewheel hubs to d40 or disengage the front locking in with switch when in 4wd low. getting sick of the binding up feel when reversing trailers and boats up inclines since the 1st and reverse gears are to tall geared.

Yeah I'll drop it in next service and see what they have to say hopefully they just offer to do it hey haha not likely.

I've got a 2006 d40 just gone over 150k km do ya think it would be a good idea to put a double row kit in it don't really want it to pack it in on the highway haven't really noticed it being anymore rattler than normal
