Make sure it meets Type A standard. Also important contains antifreeze/antiboil (ethylene glycol) as it prevents hot spot boiling and the corrosion inhibitors work better with it too

yeh they come up often on ebay. if you actually use the tray the steel or alloy is the best bet. style side/tub is better asthetically but then ya have more to clean :D i specefically looked for a alloy tray due to weight and they don't rust like my old hilux steel tray

while on the highway doing 100km/hr at about 2500rpm on neutral throttle i hear a high pitched noise (i can also get it in 4th at the same rpm). as soon as i go above 2500rpm the noise dissapears and changes to the normal turbo spool noise. i've checked for leaks in the intake but didn't find...

the problem with overfilling is with the oil return line on the turbo. if the oil isn't able to drain out easily you can possibly blow the turbo's seals. the manual makes it clear not to overfill it. personally i don't see much problem with a deisel engine injesting some oil vapor from the...

i have the Stebel Nautilus Compact horn on my motorbike. 139db of bloody awesomeness!!! not sure if i'll put one on the Navara as i don't think it'd cope too well with water crossings

i've used 300mL in my last tank. haven't noticed anything yet. but will be interesting to hear if there is any difference in noise on a cold start.
