I'm having trouble starting my navara 550 t he local dealer is telling me it has two fuel pumps, one near the fuel tank, one in the engine bay , he claims the pump near the fuel tank is faulty due to me fitting a long range tank!, is there a second fuel pump near the fuel tank .??? I can't see...

Just removed the hard top and replaced it with the canopy I had on my old d40 , no problems took about one hour to drill out rivets etc, I did notice that almost all of the bolts on the hard top were only hand tight, so any one relying on the standard black roll bar should check out there bolts...

Hi Hunter yep I use my 550 for a farm ute, that's what there made for ,but sure is good to tow with, I wired my anderson plug via a red ark solenoid just prevents accidents like flat main battery Have you fitted a bull bar yet? I took mine off the old 07 d40 ,doesn't look like its going to fit...

Hi when i got my 1000k service they told me 10000k service was a set price of $290 .I'm towing my two tonne van at the moment and getting 13.2 lit per hundred ks That's great for me .that's 176ks more per tank than the 2.5 d40 auto,also I can drive with the cruse control on no kicking back on...

Hi yes the dealer was pretty good about it. paid the deposit back ok and was about to get stuck into Nissan I think the little dealers are kept in the dark like the rest of us.Nissan are no longer advertising the 550 on there site, might be a while before we see some more coming into Aus?
